Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging as received. Any changes or damages will be easily detected by our RMA department. Items cannot be tried on, used, or damaged in any way. If they are, the Item will be returned. The return fee will be at the customer's expense. The wig must also be free from any odors or scents.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, and the return package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the RMA number.

If you selected "FREE SHIPPING" during the original purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Return Options

  1. Exchange:
    • Items exchanged for a higher-priced item will require payment for the remaining balance.
    • If exchanging for an item of lower value, the difference will be credited as store credit.
    • Free shipping does not apply to exchanges
  2. Refund:
    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method with a $0 restocking fee.
    • Damage or alterations to returned items will incur a fee.
  3. Store Credit:
    • Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
    • Free shipping cannot be applied. To redeem store credit, please call us at (714) 228-7400 to place the order.

Non-Returnable Items:

All items with "No Exchange, No Refunds" are FINAL SALE. It is mentioned on your confirmation e-mail or invoice.

Return Request:

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, go to Return Request within 15 days of your delivery date.
